Chalmers Pak Burch & Adams is pleased to announce that the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has appointed attorney Byung “BJay” Pak to its Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel. This Panel is responsible for evaluating the service of current Magistrate Judges eligible for reappointment, and recommending qualified candidates for new Magistrate Judge appointments.
