Robert is a seasoned trial lawyer with a national practice whose results include several verdicts, judgments, and settlements in excess of $1 million. He has tried cases and argued appeals in the state and federal courts of Georgia and throughout the United States.

Robert was a founding member and president of the Kaufman & Forman P.C. law firm, which he led for more than three decades. Robert has been an equity partner at an AM Law 100 law firm and a partner at a national law firm headquartered in Atlanta.

For nearly 20 years, Robert has served as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law (his alma mater) in the Trial Techniques program, which is required of all second-year law students.
